The location was acceptable, near a metro stop.
The shower looked very worn! It also was dirty. The elevators were really small, and one was out of service . The room felt cramped, and there was no bathroom privacy whatsoever. I had to ask for a fridge!

The room had motorized blinds. Wooden shutters were also included. I found a Nespresso coffee machine inside the room. The location allowed easy metro access. Shops and restaurants are nearby. I appreciated its walkability. Starbucks is just around the corner.
I noticed the front desk staff mispronounced my name after I corrected them several times.

Housekeeping performed . The reception team displayed warmth. Some team members could consider adjusting their tone for even better interactions. This is a positive observation.

The room was very well appointed and comfortable. I appreciated the prompt provision of tea-making facilities when I requested them. I also arranged a late checkout with no issues. The location provides easy access to many attractions by foot or Metro.
The room only had a coffee maker initially. I had to request tea-making facilities.

The location is very convenient. Many walkable sites are nearby. The room was modern. The service was also very good.
My room was somewhat stuffy. There was no ventilation. The windows were locked. I could not open them for fresh air. I needed to run the ac frequently.
